• The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer once the goods leave our premises.

• Buyers are responsible for arranging any additional insurance or protective shipping services if desired.

Shipping insurance is available upon request and will be provided at an additional cost. If you wish to insure your shipment, please notify us prior to the dispatch of your order.

Customers are also responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Any delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Obsolete Parts: We offer a 30-day limited warranty on obsolete and hard-to-find parts unless otherwise specified.
• New Products: New items are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty when available.

Warranty coverage applies only to products proven defective under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper handling, installation, misuse, or external causes.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• A return authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved prior to returning any items.
• Refunds will be issued after inspection and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
