Return and Refund

We accept returns only in cases where the item is non-functional, defective, or not as described. To qualify for a return:

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be proven non-functional under normal use or arrive in non-working condition.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved before sending any items back.

All returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging where applicable.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong part, change of mind, or compatibility issues.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on the case. Refunds may be subject to review and processing times.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to our error.

• Obsolete Parts: We offer a 30-day limited warranty on obsolete and hard-to-find parts unless otherwise specified.
• New Products: New items are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty when available.

Warranty coverage applies only to products proven defective under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper handling, installation, misuse, or external causes.
